由2012年12月開始成立自今，我們一直致力推廣健康有機產品。為什麼會成立此店呢? 成立原因也非常特別，店長原先在一間健康產品的零售店工作，認識不少健康知識的同時，他發現未婚妻患有濕疹。於是工作的期間，用不少有機產品、食療等方法，希望能使她早日康復，亦能在結婚當日有最佳狀態! 因此，不斷專研有效方法，就越對健康食品有更深的認識，亦產生很濃厚的興趣，所以最終決定親自經營一間健康有機店。經營期間，妻子(現在已成妻子了)的濕疹亦不斷有好轉，因此，他發現這決定沒有錯。所謂「久病成醫」，雖然有病的並不是他，但他亦因此受惠，了解到病的成因，往往就是一件件美味精緻的甜品，一隻隻激素雞等等的食物引起。

Starting from Dec2012 till now, we have been trying our very best to promote healthy and organic products. Many of our customers often ask “What’s your initiative to set up this shop?” The reason behind is a special one. Our shopkeeper, Sam, was originally working in an organic food retail shop. As he got better understanding of organic products, his fiancée was found suffering from Eczema. In order to bail her out of the suffering, Sam has tried various organic recipes and methods. As he was doing research on organic ways to heal Eczema, great interest on organic products is built. So eventually he set up this shop! In the process, his wife’s Eczema has been eased quite a lot.  At the same time, he is sure that he made the right decision to set up this shop. As the Chinese says,” A long illness turns the patient into a doctor”. Though he is not the patient, he is benefited, by knowing that even a piece of decent cake or chickens with hormones added can be the cause of a serious illness.
